If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your materials, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or, if it cannot be resolved, provide a full refund.

Email us with your order number, the product or session you are requesting a refund for, and a brief explanation. We respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

If you have a concern with a purchase, please contact us first — we will work to resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate revocation of access to your materials and forfeiture of any future bookings.
